Industry Specific: Domestic Sales Manager (To be based in Tangerang)

Responsibilities

Manages sales of the company’s products and services in Indonesia market

Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel

Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earning

Collaborates with Managing Director in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company

Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives

Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of working experience in managing Sales Operation

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of any field from reputable university

Age range 35 - 40 years old

Having ability to establish and implement a three-years sales strategy plan

Target-oriented

Strong ability in gathering and analyzing data, working with figures, etc.

Strong ability in leadership and ability to work with other departments
