Sales: Sales Manager


Acquiring and maintaining profitable clientele portfolio, providing solid relationship in assisting clients’s marketing initiatives

Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through sales funnel management

Advocate Clients’ brand management, translating their above to below the line programs Core Functions:

Acquire new clients efficiently and subsequently deepen business relationship to bring in steady revenue streams for both MLIN and clients

Manage client’s marketing program implementation and achieve desired goals

Coordinate client’s micro-marketing activities with third party agencies

Maintain healthy sales funnel from following up leads all the way to ensure payments are made

Participate in developing sales plan and implementation including abiding to internal company systems, policies and procedures

Take leadership in coordinating team works within Sales department and across departments within MLIN and Gunung Sewu Group Details of Functions:

Performs sales activities (presentations, pitching and follow ups) and negotiates sales price/discounts in consultation with Chief Operating Officer

Work effectively with sales support staff, Finance and Program staff

Reviews and take responsibility of contracts/commitment, sales progress/ results and operating costs

Ensure each phase in Sales funnel is well-developed to attain desired monthly revenue Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.

Provides results assessments of sales productivity weekly, monthly and annually

Coordinates company and third party resources to ensure efficient use

Regularly maintain sales visits and involvement with client’s marketing plan on monthly or bimonthly bases

Pay close observation on industries where clients are in, in order to better understand market dynamics and take advantage of arising opportunities

Providing inputs to team and other departments within MLIN for any insights that are relevant to improve MLIN business performance

Maintain highest integrity when dealing with client’s sensitive product, marketing data and information, including MLIN’s

Maintain highest integrity and avoid any potential perception that can be considered to be corruption activities or tampering with both MLIN and clients’ ethics and policies

Maintaining professional look and manner any time during business interactions especially with clients to show respect and keen interest to develop long term relationship

Collaborates with Marketing Manager and Managing Director to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.

Reviews expenses and recommends any cost efficiencies.


Preferably has at least 5-year work experience in Marketing, Sales or ideally Business Development roles for at least 5 years in any industry

Has direct experience in managing a team and coordinating activities within the company and external parties

Has good negotiation skills and capacity to manage pitching process, contract/agreement, and renew contracts

Strong passion and ability to take initiatives to develop business including translating clients’ mission to effective below-the-line efforts

Ability to gather and analyze data to develop sound business arguments, can produce scientific and yet street-smart decisions

Capable to lead/influence team members or people from other department/companies

Minimum bachelor degree from any field
