Human Resources: Training Manager

Responsibilities

Identifying, analyzing and forming training material and modules for needed soft skill / leadership / sales department.

Arranging training program based on sales techniques, motivation and product knowledge

Evaluating and reporting development program in order to set plans and objectives

Ensure the training plan is implemented on agreed quality level

Preparing the proposal, processing the documentation and conducting a report for the training.

Ensuring the quality and consistency of training materials.

Develop and incentive scheme able to motivate and create competition among our sales staff, and able to attract talented sales person.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree, max 32 years old

Min. 2 years’ experience in Training and Development Department

Have a good knowledge and experience in conducting and create training module

Good Conceptual thinking and focused on deadline

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Able to quickly adapt to company’s needs
