• Identifying, analyzing and forming training material and modules for needed soft skill / leadership / sales department.
• Arranging training program based on sales techniques, motivation and product knowledge
• Evaluating and reporting development program in order to set plans and objectives
• Ensure the training plan is implemented on agreed quality level
• Preparing the proposal, processing the documentation and conducting a report for the training.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of training materials.
• Develop and incentive scheme able to motivate and create competition among our sales staff, and able to attract talented sales person.
