Sales: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Identifying new business opportunities

Conduct market reviews and feasibility studies for recommendation new area or distribution channels to have good prospective sales.

Develop overall new sales channels Strategy, implement and execute plans to ensure business objective are achieved.

Create demand in new area by creating partnership, promotion or activation in accordance to the market situation.

Prospect new Clients, identify the decision makes and turn this into new business or distribution channels

Develop plan to expand our brand through all Indonesia with proper franchising system

Requirements

Bachelor Degree, max 32 years old

Min. 2 years’ experience in Business Development/Franchising Department

Strong in Business Strategy, Marketing Research and good understanding of the markets, customers and competitors

Good Analytical thinking and focused on deadline

Result Driven, self-motivated and good communication skill and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking

Fluent in English, both verbal and written
