Industry Specific: Head of Health SBU

Responsibilities

Reports directly to CEO of the company and work closely with CEO to develop and build the executable plans and strategies to embark in creating and establishing the Health Ecosystems Business Roadmap.

As Chief Health SBU, Run and Manage the Profit Center from the Health Business through strategizing the Health Commercial, Technical and IT Health Support deparments.

Strategize the product initiatives, developments and distribution networks with the Deputy Health and Chief Health Commercial Department, encompassing the Product Development and Implementation Unit, Commercial Channels ( Product Managers ), Branding, Partnerships Network, Data Analytical, and Partners Relationship Management.

Participate actively and Provide inputs to IT Innovation-Led Team to transform the whole planned health ecosystem into digital platforms for easy access and do business with the company.

Self starter able to work well in a team driven environment

Responsible for the overall planning, building, expanding, managing and implementing of the Health SBU Plans, Partnership Networks, Campaigns and Sales as well as profitabilities of the products supplied to existing channels such as ; agency, employees benefit, Bancassurance, telemarketing, direct Marketing and digital on line selling; and New channels expansion as the ongoing projects to increase the Health business contributions to reach 50 percent of the overall premium income of the company.

Adheres to establish Best Practices, Benchmarks and timeliness to Market.

Ability to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment, training and management

Works with key internal and external parties to ensure growth strategies are effectively deployed and results are monitored.

Directs and supervise Team the implementation and deployment of strategies and broad business objectives, use of data analytical that enables all parties to make informed decisions and achieve strategic growth.

Requirements

Experience with the pricing, product development of Health Business ( inpatient, outpatient and risks protection of health products type ) and health distributions ( a plus ).

Min of 8 years in the above roles with qualification of FSA or or its equivalent certification

10 to 12 years of working experience.

Max age of 38- 40 years old, single or married are acceptable.

Experiences in overseas either in South East Asia or North Asia countries are preferred.

Proven track records and good business conducts as demonstrated by recommendations from previous employer(s).

Fluent in English and graduated from reputable University with Bsc or Master degree in Actuarial or Mathematics.

Strong organizational, communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills. Details oriented and ability to multi-tasks.
