What is LEAD?

LEAD is Gunung Sewu Management Trainee Program that develop University Graduates to become Future Leaders of Gunung Sewu Group .

Program Structure

As LEAD Trainee, we offer all experiences both in class learning as well as on the job experiences, to develop you to become Gunung Sewu Future Leaders. In the first two months, you will be equipped with Business Management Skill through 2 months Boot Camp, consisting of In-Class Training and Task Assignment. After you have completed Boot Camp, you will then be assigned to 3 project assignments across Gunung Sewu Group's Business Units exploring different industries and developing Leadership as well as Managerial Skills.

Requirements to apply

Max. 26 years old
Bachelor/ Master from reputable University with min. GPA of 3.5
Max. 2 years working experience
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Willing to relocate outside Jakarta
